Job Description:

Assign duties or responsibilities to project personnel and communicate with project personnel to identify and resolve municate with clients and executive management to determine project requirements and objectives.Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or project personnel.Develop or update project plans, including information such as objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.Review project objectives and schedules to identify project needs such as resources, staff, or finances.Identify, review, or select vendors or consultants to meet project needs.Manage project procurement, including negotiating with project stakeholders or suppliers to obtain resources or materials.Monitor costs incurred by project staff to identify budget issues.Monitor project milestones and deliverables to ensure project progress.Monitor the performance of project team members to provide performance feedback.Planned, scheduled, or coordinated project activities to meet deadlines.Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost-tracking reports to executive management.Produce and distribute project documents, such as project plans, schedules, and progress reports.Propose, review, or approve modifications to project plans.Recruit or hire project personnel to support project activities.Report project status, such as budget, resources, technical issues, or customer satisfaction, to executive management and stakeholders.Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met, and progress is being made.Schedule or facilitate project meetings to ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.Submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Understand and learn the project specifications, facility specifications, and specific site specifications to ensure project success.Identify potential conflicts between the project scope of work and the specifications, and document them accordingly.Track and manage change orders related to the project specifications and ensure they are submitted to the client for approval.Ensure compliance with local import/export laws and regulations, and manage project materials and equipment shipping and logistics.Develop and implement strategies to mitigate project risks related to import/export laws, customs, and logistics.Coordinate with local vendors and suppliers to ensure that project materials and equipment are delivered on time and in accordance with project specifications.Manage project budgets related to shipping, logistics, and customs municate regularly with stakeholders, clients, and team members to ensure that project objectives are understood and met.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that project work is performed according to the project plan and specifications.Support project close-out activities, such as finalizing project documentation, conducting post-project evaluations, and identifying lessons learned for future projects. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar engineering discipline.36 months experience in with industrial incinerators, industrial metal melting and holding furnaces, homogenizer, coolers, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Working under a Project Management Engineer.Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese languagesDomestic Travel
