This position is responsible for data integrity and supporting the asset management system while assigning Preventative Maintenance (PM) & Planned Event (PE) schedules and PM & PE task, procedures, and assignments.  This position also handles the coordination and monitoring of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for the Saint Lukes Health System Facilities Department.Work involves good communication skills in a highly demanding environment.Essential Duties:Essential duties are listed below.  When necessary, additional duties may be assigned, and P1 Service expects the incumbent to exercise initiative to anticipate and prevent problems.Manages asset control and maintains database, including quality control of data to ensure accuracy.Assist team with integrating new CMMS releases for department.Resolve system malfunctions with anything related to assets, PM's and PE's using data analysis and problem-solving skills.Maintain asset hierarchy and coding necessary for maintenance team to identify and prioritize maintenance tasks, replacement parts, preventative and corrective maintenance.Develop and oversee Asset Management procedures and recommend best industry practices.Monitor work plans, processes, and procedures to meet objectives Related to Assets, PM's, and PE's.Manage the development of reports and work with the management and end users to detail business processes and report requirements for projects within the system.Assist with upgrades to CMMS.Develop technical and non-technical training for end users.Work with vendors regularly in developing proper Asset Management.Support Lead Facilities Coordinator by establishing and maintaining CMMS user profiles including but not limited to security settings and access controls for each end user.Functions as a team member in the CMMS management and operation of assigned program areas.  Coordinates activities with Leads, Facilities Managers, Department Director and FMO Staff, and work groups.Establishes and maintains professional networks and attends training sessions and conferences as necessary to advance skills and keep abreast of issues and practices in all areas of CMMS.Support facilities service center by receiving phone calls during instances of high call volumesQualifications and Skills:High school diploma or equivalent required.Valid state motor vehicle operators license required.Skilled in Microsoft product use, experience and/or certification in the use of database software.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.Must be able to satisfactorily pass a criminal background check and drug screen.This job site does not hire people who use tobacco in any form.  Any misrepresentation on the employment application with regard to current tobacco use, or if you become a tobacco user once employed, will be cause for immediate dismissal from employment.  Candidates must certify that they do not use any tobacco products in order to be eligible for this position.Annual flu vaccination or medical proof of flu vaccine allergy is required.
