Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract preparation, management, and execution. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and project requirements. Key Responsibilities:Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders using Procore, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Create new projects and exhibits on the V-Drive Server, maintaining organized project documentation.Ensure all contracts meet required scope, language, and exhibit standards.Track contract progress and monitor status through to full execution, maintaining detailed records.Maintain master subcontractor agreements and vendor profiles, updating contract status in Procore.Troubleshoot data issues in Procore and assist with resolving technical challenges.Manage vendor certificates of insurance in myCOI, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements.Assist project managers with permit application preparation and related tasks.Handle contract-related change orders from clients and pile closeout manuals for completed projects under the guidance of project managers.Assist executive staff with additional tasks and projects as needed.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline required.Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management and administration, preferably in the construction industry.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Understanding of contract organization, administration, and requirements.Knowledge of construction-related insurance, including general liability, umbrella liability, workers compensation, and automobile insurance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) with the ability to learn contracting and project management software such as Procore.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Professional and technical writing skills for contract documentation.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to conduct research on permits and property appraisals.Capacity to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and responsibilities under pressure.Proactive work ethic, ability to work independently with initiative and follow-up.
