Job Description:

Top global private equity company located in Hudson Yards is seeking to hire a Temp EA to support a team of executives within the Client Services group. This position will start mid-end of April and last through October, possibly longer. Hours are 9:00am - 5:30pm with flexibility to come in earlier and stay later as needed. In addition, the Temp EA must be comfortable with a 24/7 mindset and responsive to emails after hours. This is a hybrid role working 4 days/week onsite and 1 remote.Responsibilities:Manage heavy calendars and schedulingCoordinate domestic travel and some international travelAnswer phone linesHandle expenses for team membersClient services based projectsAd hoc projects and other admin tasks as requestedQualifications:At least 3 years previous Executive AssistantExperience in finance or similar environment strongly preferredExposure to working with a client facing team is idealFlexible with the ever-evolving calendarTeam environment Excellent communication skillsSense of urgencyAbility to remain calm under pressureCompensations/Benefits:$35-40/hr based on experienceBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
