Job Description:

The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for clinical oversight of patients and clinical staff for Floridas SMMC region 2. Additionally, the director of nursing will evaluate and educate clinicians, build client and case manager relationships, manage the QAPI program, lead quality assurance efforts as well as ensure clinical compliance as mandated by NurseSpring, AHCA and Joint Commission. ResponsibilitiesDirect, evaluate and counsel all clinical and assistive care staff Assess new patients within 48 hours of acceptanceVerify appropriate skills for new team mates Review and approve or complete corrective action reports for all nursing notesConducts on-site visits Evaluate clinicians and assistive care staffInvestigate, document and resolve clinical complaintsMaintain client charts and records of all site visits Create and maintain patient and case manager relationships through excellent customer serviceEnsure confidentiality of dataNurseSpring is not a Medicare agency.
