Company DescriptionWe are looking for one to two clinicians to join our ever-growing practice located in Marysville, Ohio. Our goal is to provide therpeutic relationship through strengths-based interventions and assessment with a focus on quality counseling services to children, individuals, couples and families. Although we work with people who struggle with addiction, this is not our primary focus. Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role with inperson office space and the option for virtual sessions. The candidate will be responsible for conducting therapeutic assessments and providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions for clients. The candidate will also be expected to maintain accurate client records and complete necessary paperwork in a timely manner. While located in Marysville, OH, some remote work is acceptable.This is a 1099 PositionClinician is provided with a furnished office.Billing submitted through EHR.Tiered split starting at 60/40QualificationsA Masters Degree in counseling, psychology, or a related fieldLicensure as an independent practitioner in the state of OhioExperience providing counseling services to individuals, couples, and familiesExperience with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issuesAbility to work independently and as a team memberExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skillsTraining and experience with evidence-based treatment methods, such as CBT, DBT, IFS and EMDRCommitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to ethical guidelinesPosition is Full-Time (F/T) (24-30 client hours/week) or 2 Part-Time positions (10-15 client hours/week).Must be available at least 1-2 evenings/week (5pm-7pm).WillowTree Counseling LLC is an equal opportunity employer and we welcome applications from all qualified individuals.
