OverviewIntake/Outreach Director, Behavioral Health ServicesGreensboro, NCSignet Health, a national behavioral health management company, is currently recruiting for a full-time seasoned Intake/Outreach Director for the psychiatric inpatient services (adolescent and adult units) for an 80-bed program at Cone Health Behavioral Health Hospital in Greensboro, NC.We offer benefits, generous PTO, and a starting salary range of $75,000 - $95,000, depending on qualifications/experience.The Intake/Outreach Director reports to the Behavioral Health Executive Director at the Facility.  This position will lead a team of Administrative Coordinators responsible for the completion of the initial intake assessments, and inpatient admission to the facility.  This individual is also responsible for providing community education support and implement referral development strategies that result in a positive community image and assist the facility in meeting its goals. It is expected this individual is recognized as a professional role model and promotes an environment that supports the goals, mission, vision, philosophy, and values of the behavioral health unit.  Responsibilities would include:Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, and safety standards. Participates in educational programs and In-service meetings Maintains confidentiality of patient informationProvides assessment evaluations, determines level of care, makes treatment recommendations. Coordinates the admission process with appropriate team members including Registration / Admissions and Nursing.Respond promptly to inquiry and crisis callsRefers inquiries to other agencies and community resources when not appropriate for facility admissionDeveloping marketing/sales strategies and programs to ensure profitable growth and service expansion.Providing leadership and industry knowledge.Ensuring appropriate mix of public relations, volume generating activities, and new market development strategies, including those requiring program enhancements to more effectively serve referral sources.Performing effective service recovery as needed and regularly collaborating with the clinical team to assure that clinical services meet referral source needs.Local travel.Requirements/QualificationsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in a health or business field required; Master's Degree, helpful, but not required.Proven experience in Business Development OR Marketing for behavioral health, long-term care, or related field.Working knowledge of Inpatient and outpatient mental health, and healthcare reimbursement.Strong social, presentation, interpersonal and writing skills needed.,directApply:true,datePosted:2024-04-16T04:00:00.000Z,title:Intake / Outreach Director, Behavioral Health Services,occupationalCategory:Executive / Program Administration,@context:try { document.body.className += iCIMSie iCIMSie11; catch(e) { Please Enable Cookies to Continue Please enable cookies in your browser to experience all the personalized features of this site, including the ability to apply for a job.> Welcome page Returning Candidate?Log back in!
