Wake Spine and Pain Specialists is looking for a full-time outpatient Physical Therapist to join the team at our brand new office in Greenville, NC. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a clinic that values clinical excellence and supports specialization through continuing education.**Candidate will have a real opportunity to influence all aspects of standing up the new clinic.Candidates will work side by side with medical providers and other staff who serve our patients.Our state-of-the-art facility will promote a healing and wonderful work environment.JOB *Candidates should have 2-3 years of clinical experience with strong leadership qualities and firm knowledge of physical therapy billing and regulatory rules.Candidate must be confident in managing day to day operations, supervision of staff, building relationships with practice providers, marketing to area physicians, and direct patient care.Candidate must be committed to providing excellent therapy and unmatched customer service.The right person will have the opportunity to provide regional leadership, assist with opening the new clinic, and help it grow.ESSENTIAL *Evaluates and treats patients according to physician referral and physical therapy practice act.Completes all patient clinical documentation.Manages clinical, administration staff, and day to day clinical operation.Demonstrates open and effective communication with providers and other team members.Continuing education and specializations.Occasional marketing and public speaking.Promotes and assist with clinic operations and program development.SERVICES **Spine/Cervical RehabilitationOrthopedic RehabilitationManual TherapyFoot biomechanicsVestibular/Balance RehabilitationWork HardeningSalary is commensurate with experience.
