Are you a corporate paralegal with large law firm experience? Are you tired of really long hours? Would you like to work in-house in a highly regarded energy company? One of our corporate clients is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to assist the legal department with corporate and finance transactions, including in areas of corporate governance, contract compliance, and other corporate and transactional matters. This is a new position. In this role, you would report to the Deputy General Counsel and work closely with the Legal, Finance and Treasury teams. You would be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and filing various agreements and forms on behalf of the company. You would also support the management of subsidiaries, preparing and maintaining electronic data rooms, legal operations and special projects, as well as generally support the in-house Legal team with research, presentations, document management, organization, and filings. Great compensation ($120 - 150k) plus bonus; great benefits. This is a fully in-office position. The office is located in Virginia, close to DC (Metro accessible).
