Job Description:

Our client, a local organization representing health professionals, is seeking a temporary Membership Renewal Specialist to support their office in Washington, DC!Responsibilities:Evaluate and process recertification applications, ensuring compliance across all specialties, and notify potential recertification-eligible pharmacists of requirements.Provide customer service to pharmacists seeking recertification, supported various recertification tasks such as CPE reconciliation, and distributed certificates and badges for successful candidates.Respond in a timely manner to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and available recertification resources.Analyze trends to enhance communication strategies and support pharmacists through the recertification process.Maintain accurate recertification records, contribute to strategic initiatives to improve recertification rates, and ensure adherence to policies and accreditation standards while providing general administrative support.Qualifications:3+ years of recertification and administrative experience.A bachelors degree is required.
