SNI has partnered with a publicly traded company in Frisco looking for a Tax Manager to join the team. This position will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance, preparing tax provisions, and assisting with administration of the companys equity plan. Our client has a strong executive team, is growing through acquisitions, and promotes from within. This is an exciting opportunity for a Tax Senior to step up into a Tax Manager role with the support of a tenured Tax Director and VP of Tax. Responsibilites:Oversee preparation and timely filing of all federal, state, and local tax returnsPrepare ASC 740 tax provision schedules Research complex tax issues and transactions; formulate opinions for use by senior managementSupervise and train support staff Competencies:Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Masters degree a plusCPA license is strongly preferred4+ years of tax preparation experience preferred
