Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst - Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning Location: Irvine, California Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Systems Analyst specializing in Oracle Manufacturing & Supply Chain Planning. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle applications related to manufacturing and supply chain processes. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal performance and integration of these applications, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and accuracy.Duties & Responsibilities:Utilize Agile Development methodologies to identify critical functionality or performance gaps and translate them into actionable epics and stories.Implement and provide support for Oracle Manufacturing and Supply Chain applications, including Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to understand business needs and prioritize stories within the project management system.Work closely with ERP Business Systems Analyst team members to create Solution Designs and configure Oracle EBS modules to align with business requirements.Act as a liaison between business partners and development resources to integrate other critical systems with Oracle EBS.Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of user stories, training materials, and configuration documentation, adhering to relevant regulatory standards.Collaborate with Quality Compliance teams to maintain system compliance with applicable regulations.Strive to understand and deliver solutions that meet the true needs of the business.Minimum Qualifications:5+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS Business Systems Analyst, with expertise in manufacturing and supply chain planning modules.Extensive experience in full-life cycle implementations.Proficiency in configuring Oracle EBS modules such as Inventory, BOM, WIP, ASCP, MRP, Engineering, Planning, and Purchasing.Experience with PLM systems integration and configurable BOMs.Strong skills in writing epics and user stories, SQL queries, and managing user acceptance testing.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and process flow documentation tools.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across key business teams.Strong project management skills and ability to work under pressure.Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with project management tools such as Atlassian Jira & Confluence.Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration with Kinaxis Rapid Response.Experience in SOX-audited environments and familiarity with FDA regulations.Knowledge of regulatory requirements impacting computer system validations.Effective communication across all levels of an organization.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer sciences, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
