Who We ***** Accounts Receivable team at SwRI oversees the billing of commercial and government clients for all projects. Objectives of this ***** Provide billing services for various divisions and contract types.Perform final invoice analysis with government rates and requirements.Familiar with FAR and DFAR for billing contract types. Daily and Monthly ***** Bill projects timely as required by contract/PO.Code/track unbilled costs and manage project balances.Respond promptly to inquiries from internal or client staff.Review/negotiate contracts for billing and audit requirements.Review contract setup to ensure compliance with contract terms. Requires a Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting or related degree field.4+ ***** Accounting, business or government billing experience.Strong communication skills.proficient in excel.A valid/clear drivers license is required.
