You can come to us knowing you'll have access to advanced equipment for diagnosis and treatment with medical experts who are leaders in medical care, research, and technology.Coordinate care planning with other disciplines.Provides age specific and direct bedside nursing care based on the nursing process and patient needs.Act as a supervisor by assessing, planning, delegating, and utilizing independent judgement in directing other healthcare employees for the provision of patient care.Systematically evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice to identify patient goals.Participate in hourly rounding.Observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.May at times be asked to be in charge for a shift(s).Demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and ability to work with team membersBe able to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional periods of above average pressure.Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.Possess basic computer skills. Qualifications:EducationGraduate of an accredited nursing program required.Licenses and CertificationsRN - Current State of AZ Nurse license or an RN license from a compact state with multi-state privileges.BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required.Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire or transfer into jobPreferred Experience Cath Lab or IR Expr preferred but not necessary.
