To this end, Honda strives to realize "the joy and freedom of mobility" by developing new technologies and an innovative approach to achieve a "zero environmental footprint."We are looking for qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, continuous improvement values, and a strong work ethic to join our team.If your goals and values align with Honda's, we want you to join our team to Bring the Future!About this Position:This position will be responsible for overseeing and directing the Powersports Powerhouse (PHD) expansion project, Ride Red Central (RRC) imaging improvement and maintenance, Honda branding (Signs) and overall dealer network department support.  This position is pivotal in driving Honda's dealer network forward, enhancing customer experiences, and fostering strong relationships with dealership partners.  In addition to PSP dealer development initiatives, this position is also responsible for supervising daily operations for all Power Equipment market representation activity including buy / sells, relocations, ownership changes, and terminations.Responsibilities include:Drive the expansion of exclusive dealerships by creating and implementing operational standards.  These standards will enhance the overall customer experience and include facility appearance, display quality & design, best practices, and financial benchmarks.Collaborate with Field Sales and external design partners to develop branding initiatives that increase customer engagement.Ensure compliance with Honda brand guidelines and standards across all dealerships.Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of branding strategies and dealer network initiatives (PDCA).Enhance the Powersports dealer network through managing associates responsible for Open Point establishment in key market areas.Supervise daily operations for all Power Equipment market representation activity.Who we are seeking:Required Work Experience:10+ years of general Honda or equivalent work-related experience 3+ years of dealer field experience with a demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding objectivesRequired Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field experience.  MBA is a plus.Desired skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong business process development and documentation experienceProficiency in all MS Office applications (Power Point, Excel, Word)Presentation creation/facilitationSAP sales/distribution knowledge and Business Objects knowledge is a plusAdditional Position Factors:Workstyle:        Hybrid Travel:               10%At Honda, you will play a key role in our journey to become a company that society wants to exist now, and in the future.
