Public Storage teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.Public Storage is expanding our Corporate Development platform and seeking a hands-on, highly driven Corporate Development Manager to join the team. In conjunction with the Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Partnerships, the Corporate Develop Manager will work closely with key internal and external constituents to support Public Storages broader corporate strategies. The role will provide unique exposure across the companys best-in-class operations, with a focus on identifying, analyzing, and managing external strategic initiatives and partnerships to help drive growth and value creation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop deep understanding of Public Storages business in support of cross-functional corporate teams and strategiesFoster collaborative and trustful relationships with internal teams, including operations, technology, asset management, and real estate acquisitions and developmentDesign corporate development strategic plan in support of and in partnership with cross-company team leadershipExecute corporate development plan, with focus on external initiatives and partnershipsIdentify, analyze, underwrite, and present business cases for new initiatives and partnerships to executive leadership teamFoster and maintain excellent external relationships with entities including industry and non-industry participants, venture capital firms, and proptech and sustaintech innovatorsTrack effectiveness and performance of initiatives and partnerships, identifying and remediating issues while leveraging successesServe as a positive ambassador of the Public Storage brand, both internally and externallyCompensationBase Pay Range: $125,000 - $140,000/nCompensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of our total awards approach to compensation which is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses or incentives.
