Your Key ResponsibilitiesCommunicate all the technical deliverables for an electric motor project from the customer to the Schaeffler team, and subsequently report back the results to the customer.Coordinate tasks between the Analysis, Design, and Testing groups.Facilitate brainstorm / problem sessions with the Schaeffler teams.Ensure the execution of deliverables meets the timing and cost set by project management.Your QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in engineering and 5 or more years of practical experience or a Masters degree in engineering and 2 or more years of practical experience.Experience in presenting engineering topics and moderating discussions.Experience in solving engineering problems.Applicable engineering & physics knowledge.Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.Basic understanding of electric machines and controls of hydraulics and heat transfer.Communication ability (written & verbal).Ability to prioritize and make decisions.Our OfferingSalary ***** $75,000 - $120,000Hybrid work scheduleHiring ***** $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days6% 401(k) company matchExplore more benefits at As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
