Responsibilities: + Maintain and assure data integrity of technical databases related to formulations and finished products and ingredients + Transfer of info across databases + Supports documentation related to ingredients and specification to ensure proper labeling of nutritional information, kosher, halal, organic and non-GMO + Organize and evaluate ingredient documentation and identify deficiencies an/or clarifications and corrective actions related to the regulatory requirements Requirements: + Bachelor of Science degree + Science/nutrition/food industry background + Critical thinker + Detail oriented + Collaborative + Excellent communication skills + Ability to prioritize and execute in high demand environment + Ability to work across multiple databased (Excel, SharePoint, Optiva, SAP and other internal systems) + FDA, USDA, CFIA, EU and other regulatory experience is a plus Monday-Friday 8am-5pm 1-year contract with potential to go permanent Remote position - This is a Scientific position, not looking for an IT background $20-22/hr depending on experienceWhy Kelly®?Kelly® Science & Clinical is your connection to premier scientific and clinical companies looking to hire talented people just like you.
