Job Summary: The Accounts Receivable | Bookkeeper reports directly to the CFO and is a vital member of our bustling business office. The A/R | Bookkeeper manages business relationships and accounts with our customers and ensures that our company stays current with schedules, statements and deposits. We?re looking for the right fit: A person with a can-do spirit and positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A confident and self-motivated individual with a pleasant, outgoing personality ready to be a part of a strong office team. Job Accountabilities (include but are not limited to): + First and Foremost + Understand that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction. + Accounts Receivable | Bookkeeping + Manage customer accounts receivable. + Ensure that all A/R schedules, A/R statements and deposits are kept within company deadlines. + Education and Training + Maintain current knowledge of technological changes in our DMS and accounting software. + Abide by Maplecrest Company expectations + Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Maplecrest?s Vision, Mission and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, vendors and suppliers. + Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards. You will need Your ?A? Game and these Qualifications: + Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills a must. + Auto industry experience a must. + CDK experience a plus. + Solid computer skills; working knowledge of Excel and Word. + High school diploma and three-years? work experience required. + Strong organization and follow-up skills.
