CMB is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist. As part of the marketing department, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing CMB?s SEO, SEM, webinars, and all social media outlets to attract and convert target leads through our digital platforms. The candidate must be a detail oriented collaborator with the ability to independently initiate and manage projects. We are looking for a candidate that is passionate about data, stays engaged with new technologies, has experience analyzing numbers, and adjusts quickly to optimize both organic and paid search campaigns. This position is responsible for aggregating and suggesting content in the form of creative posts, articles, and public updates for our thousands of followers across our digital media accounts. It is intended that over time the Digital Marketing Specialist will become a proactive contributor in writing and publishing their own original content as they learn our business model. Essential Job Functions + Lead and manage SEO, SEM, email campaigns and paid social media advertising + Improve organic search results through demonstrated abilities. Must identify trends, generate reports and adjusts campaigns as necessary to produce optimal ROI. + Oversee website optimization to drive SEO results for different geographic markets, both domestically and internationally + Analyze digital data to provide recommendations + Monitor, optimize, and adapt SEM to demonstrate campaign success + Perform market research, analyze the competition and provide feedback to improve digital marketing + Responsible for establishing campaign goals, working with budgets and timelines, and measuring success that provides solutions to drive successful campaigns + Builds audiences through multiple social media platforms, both domestically and internationally + Works with a team to produce strategic, high-quality, and captivating content for our social media campaigns, SEO and SEM marketing, targeting both domestic and international clients Knowledge, Skills and Abilities + Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google AdSense, Google Suite, Facebook Analytics and other analytical tools + Highly organized and able to prioritize under pressure + Solid understanding of social media trends with the ability to pinpoint problems and find creative solutions + Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while anticipating change + Strong writing skills, attention to detail, grammatical accuracy and effective content messaging Qualifications + This is an in-office position to be located in Dallas, Texas or Rock Island, Illinois + Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Business, Math, other related field required + At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, outside of an internship + Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus + Foreign language skills are a plus Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit for extended periods of time.
