Blast Analytics is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help evolve and execute our marketing activity across digital channels, including website, email, social media, and video. The Digital Marketing Manager advances Blast?s mission by developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing programs that increase brand awareness and interest in our analytics consulting solutions and services. This individual contributor role reports to Blast?s Director, Strategic Marketing and Communications (SMC) and collaborates closely with teammates across the company. In addition to being a self-starter and team player, this individual must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and able to manage multiple projects in an agile environment. This is a full-time opportunity that will work in our Roseville, CA location or optionally, remote-based. Desired Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant experience + Five or more years of experience in a B2B/B2C digital marketing role, with direct responsibility for planning and execution + Proven success leading digital marketing activity, including website, email, social media, etc. + Understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns to support the customer journey + Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with ability to create effective content across multiple channels + Understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and ability to incorporate into content development + Experience with Google Analytics or other marketing measurement tools + Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and similar WYSIWYG editors Preferred: + Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (Pardot and Salesforce preferred); knowledge of best practices and rules (e.g., opt-in) + Effective presentation skills Primary Responsibilities + Continuously audits and updates Blast website content in alignment with brand, message, and strategic priorities + Owns email marketing activity, including planning and execution of lead generation campaigns + Manages social media activity, including posting, monitoring, engagement (including teammate advocacy), and reporting + Leads video creation and distribution + Supports strategy and execution of marketing events, including virtual/online programs + Writes, edits, and reviews content for various channels and assets, including blog posts, case studies, web pages, white papers, and more + Support content production, publishing, and design as needed + Works with internal and external resources (subject matter experts, writers, designers, videographers, project managers) to ensure timely, successful completion of projects + Monitors and measures marketing channel performance to optimize activity and investment + Conducts industry and competitor research to incorporate into Blast marketing activity + Ensures all digital marketing content complies with Blast brand standards + Develops and documents internal processes to improve efficiency and quality + Performs other duties, or special projects, as assigned You Will Work With Director, Strategic Marketing & Communications; along with Reporting Team Members and other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
