The Senior Manager will direct the operative processes of the Customer Technical Support organization for a segment of the company’s commercial operations, to provide a service solution in partnership with customers and the rest of the North America Service Organization. You will develop and lead efforts to achieving tactical goals, objectives and opportunities that meet the needs of customers and our commercial organization; In this role, you will have the opportunity to: + Accountable for leading Customer Technical Support Associates in North America + Responsible for day-to-day operations of the NACO Customer Technical Support Organization + Drive continuous improvement projects to improve customer satisfaction and service troubleshooting effectivity. + Drive and implement continued training for Customer Technical Support Organization + Participate in the design and implementation of comprehensive training strategy to enable successful new product release + Provide technical and managerial mentorship for Customer Technical Support Org and training curriculum so as to improve customer satisfaction and service troubleshooting effectivity + Drive Service and training compliance with all safety, quality and regulatory requirements + Implement efficient solutions to meet customer needs that minimize company expenses. + Develops resourcing strategies, allocates budgets, staff, tools, and specialized support vital for cost-effective service operations. + Address quality issues with management team in relation to reviews and corrections of calls supervised Essential qualifications for this role are: + Bachelor Degree and 14+ years OR Master/Doctoral degree and 12+ years of experience in technical capability building, including 4+ years people managemen + Experience in managing metrics + Continuous improvement experience Beckman Coulter offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to associates' and their families' lives.
