Throughout the years, REX has represented homes cumulatively valued at over $1 billion and in the process, saved customers over $20 million in fees they otherwise would have paid traditional brokers. You will? + Be the point person for open homes for showings, open houses, and other activities + Secure properties at the end of showings (e.g., locking door, turning off lights, etc.) + Educate potential buyers and sellers on the REX model and ancillary services + Gauge interest and report feedback to the sales staff + Follow up with customers after each meeting + Act as the face of REX and represent the team accordingly + Collect buyer and seller leads during buyer marketing communications, and work to convert those leads with the goal of converting actual and potential REX customers + Comply with the REX policy manual and all DRE legal statutes + Receive a paid two-hour video call training session with the REX Operations team + Have opportunities to shadow active agents in the field, with the goal of eventually taking on the same responsibilities You Need? + To be a licensed real estate agent with at least a year of experience selling residential homes + A true passion for real estate, business acumen, and market knowledge + An upbeat personality and ability to quickly build rapport with people + The ability to remain organized and work efficiently independently + Tech savviness, reliability, and punctuality + A reliable mode of transportation + Thorough, impeccable follow-up, and attention to detail + A strong desire to make the experience of buying and selling real estate better for consumers + A proven ability to carefully follow a process, adhere to guidelines, track progress, and suggest improvements to the process and guidelines over time + This is an Independent Contractor role
