SCO Family of Services welcomes you to join our family and help us work together to carry out our mission to build a stronger tomorrow.Review, sort, distribute and respond to daily incoming mail for Vice-President.Keep Vice-President abreast of programmatic issues that may require immediate attention.Ensure phone messages, and/or telephone inquiries are tracked for a response by the Vice-President.Reserve appropriate space for all meetings, conferences and trainings.Responsible for the distribution and reconciliation of petty cash.Coordinate and Organize: Foster Care Closed records – Ottilie Campus Basement: retrieve records, file and keep track over 80,000 records.Kronos – Payroll for Foster Care Directors (super approver) back up approval (while on vacation)Reviews and process bills for Foster Care/Medical/Mental Health/Permanency and Education, Housing.Prepare the purchase orders for the office supplies, as needed and client needs as directed by the Vice President.Provides back up support for Foster Care Directors/ProgramsAssist in coordination of fleet issues with Business Operations (not limited to registration, tickets, permits)Coordinates with HR new hire information, attendance at new staff orientation and onboarding via TeleoAssist the VP with special projects and coordinate moves up to and including moving and relocating offices to Multi sites but not limitedMust have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 10 years’ experience in the fieldAt least 5 years prior experience as an Administrative Assistant/Office ManagerStrong verbal and written communication skillsCommitment to the mission and programs of SCO Family of ServicesComputer proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Word, as well as other computer programs such as AccessFamiliar with data entry and running reportsPossess a strong belief in people’s ability to grow and change; forge a mutually respectful partnership with persons served and their familiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity a must.Friendly and welcoming personalityTeam PlayerSCO Family of Services is an Equal Opportunity Employment Employer. .Job:ADMIN.
