The Role: Roc Nation, a Live Nation joint venture, is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist for end-user support, JAMF Administration and general network support, who will be supporting and deploying technologies primarily at the Roc Nation New York office. This position will be reporting directly to our Director of IT. The work environment is fast-paced and exciting, and you will be working with at one of the fastest-growing Media & Entertainment brands in the world. You will be the "go to" person, and while it may require some long days and off hour support, the rewards of helping this highly visible organization grow will be huge! Responsibilities: + Support 200+ (and growing) users and executives on a daily basis, locally and remotely. + Take responsibility for the operation and availability of Mac's/PC's, printers, networking, and Mobile Devices + Use JAMF to distribute software, image machines, and maintain inventory and security for the company + Assist users with software issues and provide training where needed + Maintain the wireless and wired network, expanding as needed using Cisco Meraki + Support the connection to cloud-based services and provide general helpdesk knowledge. + Implement and support an inventory system to track devices as they are deployed Qualifications: + 2+ years in a fast-paced, need-heavy environment working with primarily Macs and some PCs. + B.S. in computer science or related field and/or experience in lieu of degree, or at least 5 years of comparable work experience If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at /careers to join the Roc Nation and Live Nation Entertainment team today!
