Summit?s strategic involvement has helped EHE reach new heights as a pioneering force in preventive care.What we?re looking for:We?re seeking a talented Accountant to join our fast-paced Finance team and be a part of a growing company that continues to innovate and disrupt traditional healthcare in America. This position will be responsible for general accounting and analytics including accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will maintain invoice accounts while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of this role, you will: + Assist in monthly closings + Accurately code invoices and allocate expenses to the proper general ledger accounts + Process mid-month and end of month no show and late cancellation billing + Ensure the transmission of electronic insurance claims for all large clients and research and process denied insurance claims + Respond to all vendor inquiries + Maintain and update various client Excel files and confirm accuracy of client fee updates and address changes + Prepare account analysis as required + Process all payments including employee expense report reimbursements through Concur + Assist with related departmental special projects What the role requires: + Bachelor?s degree in Accounting from four-year college or university, CPA highly preferred + 2 years? experience in a similar role + Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable management and financial applications + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Concur experience a plus + Strong attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills + Unparalleled analytical and quantitative skills + Ability to multi-task + Excellent written and verbal communication skills What we offer: + Competitive salary with high variable performance targets + Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance + Employer-matched 401(k) plan + Tuition reimbursement + Employee access to our preventive exam and services + Gym membership EHE is committed to Equal Employment Opportunity and to attracting and retaining the most qualified employees.
