Responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including drafting and posting job ads, sourcing passive candidates, managing and conducting interviews, coordinating logistics and providing feedback to hiring manager. - Assist in workforce planning to determine hiring needs and resource allocation. - Ensures communications with candidates are professional and timely. - Provide support to the logistics and operation team on related projects and duties as needed. Requirements - 1-2 years' experience with full-cycle recruitment; transportation industrial recruitment experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Exposure to a high volume, fast-paced environment.
