If so, we'd love to hear from you!Digital & Multimedia Designer Tarte is seeking a Digital Designer to support graphic, multimedia design & production needs for the Digital Design team. This role is integral to maintaining assets as well as paid media for product launches and promotions. The Junior Digital Designer reports into the Digital Designer.Responsibilities:Manage the PDP imagery process from asset acquisition and priority mapping to executing a daily high volume of PDP imagery for and TikTok Shops.Design and resize all artwork/product image updates across & TikTok Shops for ongoing seasonal launches and promotionsCommunicating to the Digital Design/Retail Digital Design teams important learnings from approved PDP imagery so designers can maintain continuityPass approved artwork to Retail Digital Designer so they may reproduce for retailersSilo-ing & pre-production work for imagery used in promotions and launchesStaying up to date on existing product imagery maintenanceResearch industry trends to present ideas and concepts for timely digital innovationCreate beautiful and engaging Paid Social digital imagery, video animation and textual animationsEdit videos to targeted length and specificationsHandle and organize raw and edited video filesExport videos and facilitate mobile and web distributionExplore different versions and directionsEnsure compliance with brand standardsAdjust formats and file sizes as neededProof and perform QA on all PDP staging links; edit assets as neededPresent designs and needs in weekly meetings with cross-functional partnersMaintain impeccable file & template organization in Dropbox. Communicate with team and cross-functional partners as to where assets can be found as neededStrong coordination with Creative, Brand and Digital Marketing teams are a must!Manage the Junior Digital Designer:ensure brand design standards are met and are accurateQA assets for accuracy and qualityConfirm assets specs and accurate compression and naming conventions for SEOMeet with stakeholders to determine project scopeSeek feedback from stakeholders & implement feedback in a timely mannerRequirements:BFA/BA in Design, Digital Design3-5 years of experience as a digital/web designer (agency or in-house creative department preferred)Beauty or Retail experience on an eCommerce-focused design team, preferredProficient in Adobe CS Suite (expert proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop), AfterEffects, Figma experience is a bonusMobile-first mentalityUnderstanding of design layout, typography, information hierarchy and slicingStrong photo retouching skills for the ability to replicate across digital mediumsAbility to color-retouch image assets in some instancesAbility to form and maintain relationships among our team and cross-functionallyKeen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction both flawlessly and efficientlyKnowledge of post-production and retouching processAbility to retouch on the flyOrganized files and layers within PSDsAbility to work independently on assignments from concept to completion and execute all steps in between with minimal directionStrong attention to detail and ability to problem solve within design constraintsAbility to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities/projects at the same timeSelf-motivated, passionate about design in general and collaborative approach to work Our Perks:Salary range: $70,000-80,000 (compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill level, relevant work experience & education)Medical, dental, vision, 401k plan & access to health and wellness programsPaid vacation, holidays, summer Fridays, birthdays off, volunteer time & more!Hybrid work policyGratis, employee discount on , team give-back initiativesFriendly, fun, creative & collaborative work environment
