Inspiring Hope. Building Futures.Job Summary: The Data Entry Clerk enters data into the computer and manages data to produce reports. Provides immediate assistance to staff and clients at Hickey Center as Executive Office Liaison.Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.Essential Job Duties: Organizes and maintains received data and source documents. Prepares and sorts source documents, and identify data to be entered. Contacts preparer of source documents to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data. Makes necessary corrections to information entered. Compiles, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. •Keeps record of work completed. Reviews reports and enter corrections as needed. Responds to inquiries regarding data entered. Aids clients from the Executive Office. Aids walk-in clients at the Hickey Center. Provides support to clients and staff during the Saint Maria's Meals program. Prepares prescribed reports.RequirementsEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED. Experience: 3 months experience working as a data entry clerk/assistant or Administrative Assistant. PC and internet proficiency. A valid local driver's license and a clean driving record, if applicable.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing Ability to identify and resolve problems •Ability to work with diverse staff and client population Ability to multitask and stay calm in a stressful environment Attention to details Excellent communication skills Excellent organizational skills#CB
