Production Positions - Low Moor, VA Job Summary: Competitive hourly wage rates - entry rate is $12.73 per hour, with an increase to $16.54+ upon successful completion of the probationary period Medical and dental insurance 401(k) and pension plan Life Insurance Requirements: Possess a high school diploma or GED. - Possess a valid WorkKeys Career Readiness Certificate (CRC). Testing for the CRC if offered through Dabney S. Lancaster Community College - call 863-2899 to register or go to for more information. - Ability to work rotating shift work on a southern swing rotation. - Ability to work safely at all times. - Possess a solid history of employment; Two years of manufacturing experience is preferred. Job duties require manual labor activities, frequent bending, lifting, walking and housekeeping. Daily tasks include operation of industrial trucks for roll handling, railcar unloading and switching. Use of manufacturing system and compliance of safety and quality systems throughout the plant is required. This is an entry level position within a line of progression.
