Summary DescriptionTechnical Support is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the computer systems and networks within an organization. If there are any issues or tasks needed among employees, you will be the first person they come to for help. Responsibilities:Working with customersemployees to identify computer problems and advising on the solutionTesting and fixing faulty equipment Updating self-help documents so customersemployees can try to fix problems themselvesLogging and keeping records of customeremployee questionsWorking with field engineers to visit customersemployees if the problem is more serious   Requirements:Ability to assess each customeremployees IT knowledge levelsLogical thinkerGood analytical and problem solving skillsUp-to-date technical knowledgeIn depth understanding of software and equipment customeremployees are usingAccurate record keeping
