As we continue to expand our operation, we find ourselves needing to add to our design team.About the position: The Graphic Designer will be a steward of the brand portfolio and maintain a consistent brand voice across all print and digital assets. This role is critical in bringing the brand to life and will ensure standards are maintained across all projects. They will be responsible for the creative development of a variety of sales & marketing elements that deliver on brand strategy and positioning. These materials will capture attention, communicate the right message, and inspire the target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software. Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including marketing materials, branding collateral, digital assets, videos, packaging, and presentations. Responsible for the planning, design and printing of all literature, including the 400+ page annual product catalog. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product design, e-commerce and sales to understand project requirements and objectives. Manage the entire photography process with our overseas team from photo samples to finished images. Brand Alignment: Ensure that all designs align with the brand identity, guidelines, and objectives. Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms and materials. Visual Communication: Create visual assets that effectively communicate messages, evoke emotions, and engage target audiences. Use design elements such as typography, color, imagery, and layout to convey the intended message and enhance user experience. Develop compelling graphic and image content for the company's website and social media Technical Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
