We only charge our Agents a $995 Flat Fee, plus a $45 E&O Fee, totaling $1,040. You keep the rest!*DOSS has a $25,000 Cap! That means, once our LOs close 25 deals, they Cap. After they reach the Cap, our LOs only pay $250 per deal and keep the rest! The Cap starts over each calendar year. Please note: Most of our LOs Cap within 5 to 6 months.
