LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Paralegal for a plaintiff personal injury firm. This person would be able to sit in the Manhattan office or White Plains office. The opportunity is direct hire and full time.Responsibilities:Send HIPAA authorizations to medical providersUtilize NYSCEF and file documents, maintain and organize casesCommunicate via phone call with the NYS courts to obtain relevant informationMaintain client communicationManage all deadlines and court calendarAssist with preparing trial binders and exhibitsDraft pleadings, motions, and Bill of ParticularsQualificationsRequirements:Bilingual in Spanish, requiredAt least 1 year of personal injury experienceCommutable to White Plains or NYCCloudLex or Needles knowledge, a plusExperience with Bill of ParticularsSalary range is $55K-$85K commiserate with experience
