Job Description:

We are seeking an associate with three to six years of energy regulatory experience to join the Energy Regulatory group within the Global Projects Department of a top AmLaw-ranked Texas-based firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with: counseling and administrative litigation covering market-based rate, market design, generation interconnection, and transmission issues; compliance and enforcement matters before FERC, the CFTC, and various exchanges, including investigations, audits and regulatory compliance work; and transactional support for energy M&A and financing transactions.This is a great opportunity to work with some truly stellar attorneys on substantive work with a global reach. The pay range for this position is $250,000-$415,000, and previous experience at a large law firm is highly preferred.
