BR+A provides state-of-the-art integrated and coordinated mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection consulting engineering, technology systems design, lighting design, and building commissioning services.BR+A is seeking applicants for a Sr. HR Generalist position in our Boston Office.Job Summary:The Sr. HR Generalist will run the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices, reporting directly to the Human Resources Director.Supervisory Responsibilities:May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the department.May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.DutiesResponsibilities:Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with HR Director to understand skills and competencies required for openings.Benefits Responsibilities Schedule meetings for benefit related matters Daily maintenance Onboarding communications Communication plan for open enrollmentEmployment verificationsImmigration responsibilities Assist with regular maintenance and tracking Ensure that all immigration files are prepared and filed according to company and government standards.
