Job Description:

Akerman LLP seeks an Attorney with 7+ years of experience in real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, experience in acquisition and sales transactions, land development and financing, particularly in the homebuilder andor apartment developer industry. Experience representing developers of single family, multi-family, or mixed use projects is preferred. Orlando office location preferred; however, this position can be based in any of the Firm's Florida office locations. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar.
