Position Details:Role: Speech-Language Pathologist Location: Anchorage & Mat-Su Boroughs, Alaska (with travel to various settings)Employment Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible hours)Start Date: ImmediateAs a mobile therapy company, we provide skilled services directly to our clients in their natural environments, whether it's at home or in the community. As such you will be required to travel between clients' homes or wherever you have decided to provide treatment.  We find this model allows for greater creativity, improved understanding of the client's specific needs, enhanced carryover of the HEP and education, and improved outcomes for our clientele. We offer a variety of compensation packages for different caseload levels, including PTO and CEU reimbursement for part time schedules.Responsibilities:Communicate with families and scheduling patients to meet your caseload requirements.Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.Provide evidence-based therapy to improve communication skills, articulation, language comprehension, cognition and social communication.Documentation including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes in SOAP format, and adherence to federal/private insurer regulations.Collaborate with families, caregivers, medical and educational teams to support carryover of therapy goals and contribute to robust interdisciplinary care.Ability to work independently and adapt to various environments.Qualifications:Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, or be in good standing at both the State and National levels.Active driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.Experience working with pediatric population preferred.Preference given to those with current state licensure as an SLP in Alaska.We are willing to support the right CF!  New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
