OCD Clinician (W2/employee position)About CalmOCDCalmOCD is a new mental health private practice opening in Salt Lake City. CalmOCD has two other locations, in Scottsdale and Tucson. CalmOCD specializes in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Phobias, and co-occurring depression. We utilize a variety of exposure-based treatments to help our clients work through their OCD and help build a solid foundation to combat their anxiety and compulsive behaviors.-Preferred experience in the treatment of eating eating disorders-About the RoleFull-time mental health therapist position in private practice. You will be one of the first individuals to join this new private practice. You have a desire to treat individuals across the lifespan; especially adolescents and teens using the most recent evidence-based treatment. An attitude of fostering growth, positivity, and a passion to help those in need is a must. Individual must be willing to provide in-person, telehealth sessions, and in the community and home visits when appropriate.Clinician will assist patients with:Clinical review to determine appropriate diagnosisEducating patients and their families on anxiety diagnosisProviding evidence-based treatment to all patientsConsulting with additional clinicians/psychiatrists when appropriateClinical staff must support a positive work culture, have an eagerness to learn and adapt to research in the field.
