Job Summary Lift Operator will spend the day standing up on the Cherry Picker either performing put away or pulling down cartons as needed. The lift driver will be responsible for safety, accuracy, and productivity while either putting cartons into the high racks or pulling cartons from the high racks. Essential Job Functions * Unload, stage, and segregate products in designated areas. * Verify the accuracy and counts while using RF scanner. * Label goods to be received. * Put away receiving. * Report all discrepancies, damages, and other issues. * Able to achieve daily productivity standards. * Comply with safety and security policies. * Perform tasks that are assigned by his or her supervisor. * Safely move goods from one point to another within the warehouse. * Clean/maintain warehouse, warehouse grounds and dispose of debris. Job Requirements Competencies: (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) * Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as part of a team. * Good attention to detail with high level of accuracy. * Able to lift 20lbs to 50lbs on an unassisted basis. * Ability to tolerate heights. Industry specific certification or license: * Forklift Certification Preferred Competencies, Education, and Experience * Previous experience with warehouse management systems that use RF scanners to perform transactions preferred. * Background in distribution center environment preferred.
