We are expanding our team to meet the increasing clinical demands for pain management services.Opportunity Specifics:Permanent PlacementSchedule: 4 Days/Week (Monday - Thursday)Split Schedule Between Berlin and ColebrookEMR: MediTech ExpansePosition Summary:As a vital member of our pain management team, you will provide office-based services to new and established adult patients. Your responsibilities will include:Medication managementCertification for medical cannabisEducation and counselingMonitoring medication compliance via PDPM and urine drug screensPerforming minor procedures, including trigger point injections, joint injections, occipital blocks, cold ablation (Iovera), and Botox for headaches or chronic painReferring patients to CRNA colleagues for interventions such as epidural steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation, facet blocks, SI injections, intercoastal blocks, or other specialized servicesUtilizing ultrasound guidance for selected procedures (training provided if needed)Possible provision of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with X waiver (not required)Infrequently providing consultations for inpatients and ED patients in rotation with team membersCandidate Qualifications:At least 2 years of prior experience in a broad spectrum of pain management servicesIf not experienced in pain management, candidates should have at least 3 years of prior experience in primary care, orthopedics, or a related specialtyAbout Us:We proudly operate a 25-bed critical access hospital with a strong network of specialists serving Coos and portions of Carroll County, NH.
