Job Description:

This position is responsible for Optimizing, Negotiating and Renewing the existing Lease Portfolio for a defined region. This role is expected to take ownership of their defined region within the overall company portfolio. This includes organizing an Lease, Real Estate, Estate, Manager, Project Management, Business Partner, Property Management
