Job Title - Process Technician - IntermediateLocation: Santa Clara, CAApply (by clicking the relevant button) after checking through all the related job information below.Onsite role:Shift: Night shift (0:00-8:00am, 5 days a week, Mon to Fri)Exp: 1 to 3 yearsDescription: Responsibilities and skills: 1) Supporting Clean Room Metrology Lab operations 2) Coordinates with engineering on samples priorities 3) Mounting, dismounting, cleaning and handling customer samples - coupons and wafers 4) Tracking and maintaining order of the incoming jobs and their execution 5) Knowledgeably operates laboratory process equipment and instrumentation 6) Execution of metrology jobs by using developed BKMs and available recipes on SEM metrology tools 7) Performing analysis of metrology images with AMAT proprietary algorithms and SW, with predefined (available) recipes 8) Report preparation according to predefined template 9) Interface with requestors, understand their detail requirement, and communicate on results; help lab on monitoring wafer in process (WIP) and maintaining throughput. 10) Interface with HW team, HW troubleshooting, execute tool maintenance Minimum requirements • Technical diploma or higher education • Young professionals and NCGs are welcome • Experience with Microsoft Office • Strong communication skills • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to work in team and individually • Knowledge / experience with Semiconductor and SEM metrology tools is a plus
