We are currently partnering with a very prestigious firm in the industry, who are a multidisciplined engineering consulting firm that provide planning, engineering and construction services for bridges, buildings, highways, airports, and various other site/civil projects. We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our esteemed Civil Facilities Division, with the opportunity to work from our Hollywood, FL office. The ideal candidate will be a technically proficient Electrical Engineer with a focus on building systems and must hold a Professional Engineer license in the state of Florida, accompanied by at least 5 years of design experience.Key responsibilities for this role include:Leading technical designs from project inception to completion.Collaborating on project planning, scheduling, and successful project delivery within budget and timelines.Participating in meetings with clients, architects, building managers, and other stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local codes and regulations.Overseeing the QA/QC process and providing final review of project documents.Supporting business development, client management, and proposal development efforts.Desired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with coursework focusing on power distribution and lighting design.Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Florida is mandatory.Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical design for commercial, industrial, and institutional building facilities; experience in microgrid design is preferred.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED accreditation is advantageous.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Office suites.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, maintain client relationships, and meet project demands.Some travel for fieldwork may be required.Benefits include but are not limited to:8 days public holidays plus 3 weeks paid PTO (increases with service)Medical, dental and vision Paid parentel leaveCompany shares / stock ownership programme for every employee401KLife and AD&D InsuranceHealth & Wellness programme budgetCertificates and qualification paid forLong and short term disabilityIf you would like to hear more about what this position can offer you, please APPLY for an immediate interview
