Responsibilities The Sr. Product Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of new products: Direct requirements reviews, test readiness reviews & design reviews Drive compliance to requirements & maintain compliance matrix records Support other key functional engineering groups Direct the creation of models, prints, electronic schematics, PCBA layouts & BOM Create & release assembly and functional rest specifications Drive close-loop handling of all issues to ensure continuous improvement Work with Business Development to obtain product requirements and approval Other duties as assignedExperience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering 7+ years of product development & design release to production experience 3+ years of experience in battery system projectsIf you are interested in learning more, please apply to this posting.
