We need a technically-skilled Robot Technician to help us upkeep our fleet of Moxieâ„¢ robots. The candidate will work directly with our R&D team to support the development and maintenance of current and next generation products. The position is a Contractor position that involves about 6hs of work per working day.Responsibilities include:Troubleshoot, repair and refurbish of returned robotsSupport engineering teams (ME and EE) in development and assembly of newly designed productsTroubleshooting broken models and development samples to find root cause, documenting failures, and suggesting fixes to engineeringConstruction of test fixtures for engineering from 3D printed, production, and electrical partsMaintaining repair detail logsSupport fulfillment and operations activities related to shipmentsPrepare robots to support internal test programsMaintain and organize the lab space, including parts resupply, tools, and other tasks as assigned!Qualifications:High School Diploma or GEDHands-on experience on Electro-mechanical assembliesMust be attention to detailAbility to create and read written assembly guidesDesire to learnStrong Problem solving skillsStrong Communication Skills to contribute feedbackMust be a team playerAt Embodied, we support diversity and we are an equal opportunity workplace.
