You'll optimize production operations - expanding capacity, improving quality and reducing costs. You'll manage capital projects, machine improvements, and automation equipment and their programs.What's in it for you? A Full Relocation package is also available.Note: My client Cannot Sponsor!QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.5 to 8 years of similar work experience.SME and in-depth knowledge of Cam driven mechanisms, Pneumatic & Hydraulic machinery & VFD's.Able to design & implement machine improvements and to manage capital equipment projects either in-house or thru selected vendorsSupport of Automation Equipment selection, installation, processes & programsMonitor & recommend ways to improve quality, reduce waste, save costs and improve efficiencies on the production floor and thru operator training .Responsible to keep documentation and processes up to date, including: Work & Process Diagrams, Operating Procedures, Preventative Maintenance & Maintenance Schedules, ECN's, etc.Good understanding of plant safety standards; Lockout / Tag-Out, NFPA 70E, OSHA.
