In 2022, Brooks became a part of the Madison Industries family, joining companies such as Holmatro, Task Force Tips, Reelcraft, Tyden Brooks, Big Ass Fans, Broan/Nutone, and Seakeeper. Along with the entire Madison family of companies, we are on a mission to make the world safer, healthier, and more productive. Applying for this role is straight forward Scroll down and click on Apply to be considered for this position.Brooks is seeking a highly motivated individual to develop, implement, and manage quality control systems as part of our Quality Control team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Evaluate production processes for compliance with quality and ISO 9001:2015 Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service. Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to quality in a timely manner.Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity.Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products.Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams and leadership.Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives, including ISO 9001 certification.Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with plant management to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.Create, document, and implement inspection criteria and procedures.Interpret quality control philosophy to key personnel within company.Provide and oversee inspection activity for products throughout the production cycle.Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes.Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts. Investigate, communicate, and correct out of spec. parts received in a timely manner.Maintain active role on internal continuous improvement teams.Design, develop and implement quality control training programs.Provide expertise, and actively participate in the overall safety management program.Identify and lead change initiatives within the department.Qualifications and Competencies:Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field preferred.  Equivalent experience/education may be considered.6-10 years of Quality experience, preferably in a management position.Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred; Green Belt certification required.Extensive problem-solving toolboxHighly experienced with coaching and training in problem solving methods and root cause analysis.
