Responsibilities:The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.As a Mechanical Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:Developing mechanical design drawings and specifications for new and existing facilities.Conducting calculations related to mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection designs.Collaborating with architects, other engineering disciplines, and clients to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems into building designs.Providing cost estimating associated with mechanical designs to assist in project budgeting and planning.Reviewing and interpreting project requirements, codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in design development.Participating in project meetings and coordinating with project stakeholders to address design-related issues and ensure project success.Conducting site visits and surveys as needed to gather information for design development and construction administration.Assisting in the preparation of technical reports, proposals, and presentations as required.Additional Responsibilities:Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative design solutions and best practices.Mentoring junior engineers and providing guidance on technical issues and professional development.Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in mechanical engineering.Participating in professional organizations and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and professional relationships.Required Qualifications:To excel in this role, you will need:A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college or university.A minimum of 2 years of work experience in mechanical engineering.Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office software.Passing the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam is preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Join The Team:If you are a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for an opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our clients, we encourage you to apply for the position.
