We are transforming the way materials producers go to market and our team of disruptors is at the core of our success.FLSA Classification ExemptReports toDirector of Business ApplicationsSummaryTo accomplish our goals and serve our internal stakeholders better, we are looking for D365 F&O Functional Lead who is eager to implement productivity improvements and drive efficiencies, by supporting the development of internal applications and workflows. You will be collaborating with functional leaders to implement out-of-the-box business capabilities and where there are gaps to meet the desired functionality, you design robust solutions that scale to the needs of the business. Deep expertise in defining omnichannel order management processes, pricing strategies (trade management, discounts, and rebates), and related integrations is required. A good understanding of master data management best practices and governance of user security is required. Knowledge of supply chain management and financial management capabilities is a plus. Implementation experience with D365 is required. The D365 F&O Functional Lead reports to the Director of Enterprise Applications.Essential Job DutiesWith business leaders to articulate and establish business requirements.Functional specifications including use cases, business scenarios and functional requirementsJoint Application Design workshop for acceptable solution designTechnical solutions to address the scalability and security requirements of the business.Business processes and needs into a comprehensive D365F&SCM solution, incorporating systems integrations and recommending ISVs or best-of-breed solutions.Detailed technical design specifications for customizations and provide accurate estimates.Developers in the implementation process, overseeing and validating their work.Configurations and extensions within D365 Finance and Operations (F&O).Test scenarios and scripts to validate changes made to D365 F&O.Seamless integration between D365 and broader IT systems.Technical support and training to end-users of D365 F&O.Regular updates on development progress and document ERP processes.Manage user roles and permissions within D365 to ensure proper segregation of duties (SOD) for end-users.Knowledge of D365 F&O ISVs and their unique capabilities.To company policies and industry regulations.Maintain project team achievements by establishing and monitoring milestones, communicating essential information, coordinating actions, obtaining expert input, reviewing open issues and action items, and contributing information to team meetings and reports.Basic QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related degree3+ years of experience working in a lead role on a global ERP implementation projectExpertise in D365 Supply Chain, Finance, and/ or Advanced Warehousing modules.Data migration expertise with working knowledge of Data management framework and data entities in F&SCM.Working experience with a leading Microsoft D365 partner is preferredImplementation of D365 F&O for a global manufacturing distributor is preferredGreat organizational and time management skillsHands-on experience in LCS and a knowledge of Azure services.Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsCertification in D365 ERP and ERP business process integrationBenefits:We offer competitive benefits; 100% paid medical, dental, and vision for employees, a 401k with match, and PTO!Preferred Level of Experience8-10 years of work experience, depending on prior role & responsibilitiesExperience implementing at least one full lifecycle of D365 F&OLocation & CommitmentsFull-Time, permanentOn-SiteWork schedule: 5 days per week, Monday- FridayPhysical DemandsMust be able to remain in a stationary positionMust be able to operate a computerTravel RequiredMinimal (up to 10%)Equal Employment Opportunity StatementIt is the policy of Xenon arc to grant equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, marital status, parental status, disability, veteran status, age, religion, political affiliation, gender, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
